quality vs quantity

i conducted 2 interview sessions for today. one for it-graduate, and another one for transport-building-graduate. some experience were gained. only few turned to be in within acceptable quality, the others would be considered "you're fired". maybe the panels were a bit choosy. nevertheless they wouldn't take any risk of hiring someone they felt unable to deliver quality up to their expected standard. it would be very risky decision then. my mind is now exhausted, my body too. god, help me!
