preliminary shortlisting
i did another preliminary shortlisting this morning. what has surprised me was that, fresh grads are applying for the post of assistant general manager! what? are u kidding me? hehe. you ask for it, u got it. but not in this case. maybe they have not any knowledge the in career environment. maybe they thought, it is a post of assistant manager (executive level). oh my god, it is the post of assistant to the general manager! guys, wake up...

on and off
from tomorrow til friday, i'll be attending a leadership programme at port dickson. if not, i'll be at kuantan doing another (what? another?) job fair. mdc told us in very last minute. i have to go to leadership thingy because it is compulsory. pity to my manager who has to conduct the event with our eastern region manager. port dickson! i'll be there :)
