am i a good leader?
leader vs manager
yeah! good question. actually i want to write it yesterday, but since this blogspot was having some problems with their server. ok fine. now and then, i write it. i've attended a leadership programme at port dickson. it's quite a good programme. but quite packed with talks given by one consultant with dr title. he's damn good in delivering his speech. with that, no wonder he's getting "a good payback" for this 4-session programme (hint: 5 figures).
transformational leader
i was there together a group with few of my officemates, noli, laili n kak naza. we were among the youngest in the group. savvy, energetic and vibrant! :P that would suit our tagline. haha! let me tell about the hotel. hmm i think it is not well maintained, the tv set was without a remote, the sinky pipe head was loosen from its place, little smelly here and there bla bla bla. but since it was free, i can't complain too much. we were having a good time there, free from headaches, lots of gossips, mumbling about our bosses (ooops), are they good leaders? and laughing all the way when we bowled at its bowling centre. in the 1st day, noli 'ngidam' buah dokong, and laili drove us to search for the 'one'. at last we found it at 'apek' fruit stall at about 7pm.
insaf
i was staying in hotel room with another staff from procurement division. then i found out that he's suffering from leukemia disease. i felt very pity to him. but he didn't show any discouragement towards his daily life to any of us. his determination to fight against his disease made me learnt something beneficial to me walking through life. i really hope that he will be back in good health and enjoy his life with his family. oh god. ameen.
